Zahl PMC completed a comprehensive fuel system installation for Costco’s new 164,357 sq ft facility in Chaska, Minnesota. The work included excavating the tank basin, setting fiberglass tanks with crane support, and backfilling with approved materials. Additional scope included installing tank sumps, overspill and fill protection, dispenser sumps, vent lines, island forms, manholes, and all related product and electrical trenching.
Zahl PMC also installed double wall OPW product piping, impact valves, and FRP vent lines; performed hydrostatic testing; assisted with Veeder Root TLS monitor communication; set and calibrated Gilbarco dispensers; and supported startup to ensure full compliance and operational readiness.
The list below highlights several—but not all—of the trusted manufacturers incorporated into this project.
