Do you offer emergency or after‑hours service?

Yes. We provide after‑hours emergency service Monday through Sunday from 5:00 PM to 7:00 AM. After‑hours work is billed at time‑and‑a‑half, and holiday service is billed at double time.

What types of payments do you accept?

We accept credit cards (a 3% fee applies to card payments over $1,500.00), checks (via mail or office drop‑off), and ACH wire payments. If you need our ACH setup form, we’re happy to provide it.
